We are Dripping Springs residents, and honey bee enthusiasts! Our goal is to bring you truly local, raw, unfiltered, artisan honey while respecting nature, the environment and most importantly the bees. Here at the farm, we never ever treat our hives or our colonies for pests. We help to give them the best conditions, and then let them do…well, everything!

With over a dozen hives and counting, our bees thrive in the vibrant landscape of the Texas Hill Country, surrounded by over 5000 varieties of wildflowers. Our honey is a true taste of the region, reflecting the diverse flora and natural beauty of our surroundings. Indeed, we find that the honey color, and the flavor, can change as the available resources are repainted across the local landscape.
Our honey is raw and unfiltered, capturing and maintaining all the natural flavors, the healthy pollen, and all the health benefits of this golden nectar, straight from the hive. The bees diligently collect nectar from the abundance of wildflowers, while also sourcing their water from Barton Creek and other small creeks and streams that flow through Dripping Springs and the nearby Texas Hill Country.
